Every fiscal year, districts prepare and present the Gender Budget Statement (GBS) to the Parliament during parliamentary budget hearings. It is within this framework that CLADHO, with the support of NPA, conducted the training for District officers of Ngoma District on gender mainstreaming in the district budget.
