Collaborative Efforts to Overcome Educational Challenges in Burera District


With the support and partnership of World Vision, CLADHO’s Program Manager, Evariste MURWANASHYAKA, on 26th/03/2025 is visiting the Buranga Cluster in Burera District, specifically the Rwerere Sector. The primary goal of this visit is to assess the educational challenges faced by the institutions, identify areas in need of improvement, and explore potential solutions. This visit is essential in ensuring that educational standards meet the needs of all students while addressing barriers to quality education in a systematic and effective way.

The key objectives of the visit include identifying specific educational challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, and barriers to student engagement or access to education. Through discussions with local leaders, head teachers, and organizations like the National Youth Commission and the National Women’s Council, solutions will be brainstormed. By the end of the visit, a comprehensive action plan will be developed to address pressing challenges and lay the groundwork for sustainable improvements, ensuring a more inclusive and effective educational system for all students.
