CLADHO together with a team of experts from the National Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, are preparing the citizen’s guide to the 2023/2024 FY national budget. The guide is meant to elaborate the national budget to the citizens in a bid to promote citizen participation in the planning and budgeting process.
